Conda Lashley

Chair

Conda is Pastor of Retreats and Missions at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church. He retired as CIO of Belk Department Stores after a thirty-two-year career in information technology service for the federal government and for public and private companies, including Ernst and Young, Texas Instruments, and IBM.

Todd Hamilton

Vice Chair

Todd is an orthodontist with Hamilton and Whitecotton Orthodontics. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for The Barnabas Center, a counseling, training, and teaching ministry in Charlotte, NC.
   
   
   

Beth McKnight

Secretary

Beth is a women’s Bible study teacher at St. Giles Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She is a former member of the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary—Charlotte Board of Advisors and the Covenant Day School Board of Directors. 
   
   

Mary Wilson

Treasurer

Mary is a former corporate attorney and Chief Operating Officer for the National Capital Area Command of the Salvation Army. Mary is currently working toward her Doctor of Ministry degree at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where she also serves on the Board of Advisors of its Charlotte campus.

Philip Thomas

Philip is the Lead Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Concord, NC, as well as a Technology Manager at Wells Fargo. He has been involved with Christian ministry for over thirty years, particularly in the US, Canada, India, and the UAE.  

Mitch White

Mitch is the Executive Pastor of Lake Forest Church. He is a popular speaker at national leadership conferences, does church consulting around leadership and strategic development, and is involved at the regional level with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
   

Brent Burdick

With nearly thirty years of experience in cross-cultural missions (Philippines), executive leadership, teaching, pastoring, and church planting, Brent is now Director of the Lausanne Global Classroom and an Adjunct Professor of Missions for Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary—Charlotte.    

Anthony Crowder

Anthony is President of the Crowder Redevelopment Group, which manages companies focused on hiring employees seeking a second chance in life, and Pastor of Storehouse Ministry in Charlotte, NC. He is currently working toward a Master of Divinity Degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
